Jeroen Klooster (1962) is an experienced economist with ARCADIS, specialized in policy evaluation, financial and social cost benefit analysis and funding. Jeroen has been active for more than 30 years in different policy areas including water management, natural capital, urban restructuring, cultural heritage, and transportation. Jeroen is specialized in assessing the financial and economic viability of projects, including principles of circular economy and Building with Nature. Jeroen has been involved in many international projects in Asia (Bangladesh, India, Myanmar), Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru) and Europe (Belgium, Georgia, Poland). Within Arcadis Nederland Jeroen is actively involved in business development of ANL water management projects, focusing on Latin America, cooperating closely with Arcadis Latam colleagues.

Project Manager and Senior Advisor for projects related to studies, designs, consultancy services, environmental impact and inspection services in the areas of river and coastal engineering, internal navigable waterways, dredging, river transportation, ports, access channels, flood control and use of water resources.
Jacqueline has over 30 years of hands-on experience in finance and business development for micro- to large enterprises in different sectors (industry, ICT, financial sector, infrastructure) and in developing countries. She worked for Philips, ING Bank, Triodos Bank and Ecorys. In recent Jacqueline was Director of WASTE, an NGO focusing on sanitation and waste. Over the years she was involved in numerous investment initiatives and investment committees of public entities (a.o. RVO, FMO, World Bank) and private entities (a.o Triple Jump, Take-A-Stake). Also she was a Board Member of the Netherlands Water Partnership. Currently, Jacqueline works on the launching of Take-A-Stake an investment fund for Small Growing Business in Africa and Asia and is the project leader for the Mekong Delta Business Platform (a joint initiative of Top sectors Agriculture, Horticulture, Water and logistics to link Dutch solutions to opportunities arising from the agro-transformation in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam).

Alain Cracau is currently Director Sustainable Business Development Rabobank, responsible for sustainable business for the SME and mid-corporate market in the Netherlands. Alain started his career within Rabobank in 1993 in Belgium as corporate banker in Food&Agribusiness and has worked within Rabobank till 2009 in many different commercial and managerial roles servicing Food&Agri corporates. He has been involved in many corporate finance and M&A transactions in Europe. Since 2009 Alain has been developing in-depth experience in Sustainability and Banking through his roles within Triodos Bank, a niche player in Sustainable banking and FMO Developing Bank, the Dutch Multilateral bank, from 2009 to 2013. In 2013 rejoined Rabobank as Global Head Sustainable Business Development and implemented the 2020 Sustainable strategy for Rabobank, which included focus on Circular Economy.
Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management
Barbara Visser is a Croatian-Dutch politician of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). Since 31 August 2021, she serves as Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management of the Netherlands in the third Rutte cabinet.[2] She previously served as State Secretary for Defence from 26 October 2017 to 31 August 2021. From September 20, 2012 to October 26, 2017 she was a Member of Parliament for the VVD. As a Member of Parliament, Ms Visser was spokesperson for housing, traffic, water, aviation and fisheries. In 2010-2012 she was an alderman in the municipality of Zaanstad and before that she worked in the business community and at the tax authorities.
Senior Advisor
Cheryl Hicks is a senior advisor to the United Nations Global Compact’s CEO Water Mandate on water, sanitation and hygiene (https://ceowatermandate.org/); a founding partner and chair of the board at ASE-INFRA Partners, investing in sanitation economy infrastructure; and board member and chair of the impact committee at Quadia Impact Finance. From 2015-2020 Cheryl has been the inaugural Executive Director and CEO of the Toilet Board Coalition (TBC), a business-led coalition supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in the sanitation sector. While at the TBC, Cheryl initiated the Toilet Business Accelerator Programme and established the vision and innovation pathways of the Sanitation Economy.
Senior Consultant
Sascha is a senior consultant at Carnegie Consult, a development finance consultancy boutique in Maarssen, the Netherlands. She has worked in (development) finance for over 10 years in various positions. Sascha started her career as part of the impact investing team of Actiam (formerly SNS Asset Management) and worked for a pan-Asian microfinance group in Indonesia. Before joining Carnegie Consult she was part of the fund-of-funds team at Triple Jump, doing fund investments in emerging- and frontier markets for a public mandate - the Dutch Good Growth Fund (DGGF). At Carnegie, Sascha worked on various assignments in the field of development finance and debt advisory.

Eize Willem (Ed) Anker (born 30 June 1978) is a former member of the Dutch House of Representatives for the ChristianUnion. Since 26 May 2014 he has been an alderman of Zwolle. Anker started his political career in the youth organisation of the Reformed Political Alliance, one of the predecessors of the ChristianUnion. He studied political science in Amsterdam. From 2005 to 2007 Anker was a member of the city council of Zaandam.
Managing Director
Alex Reed was appointed director of the Office of Resilience and Coastal Protection in November 2019. The office has a multi-faceted approach to resilience, including coral reef protection; preservation of coastal and aquatic management areas; beach and inlet management; and the implementation of ecosystem restoration projects to prepare Florida’s coastal communities and state-managed lands for the effects of sea level rise, coastal flooding, erosion and storms. Alex has been with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection since 2009, serving in a variety of roles and most recently as the director of the Division of Water Resource Management. Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in geology from Florida State University.
WaterworX Project Coordinator
Hadi works as a project coordinator for WaterworX and is enrolled in the Young Expert Programme. WaterworX is a Water Operator partnership between utilities (World Waternet and SOMAGEP SA) aiming to improve the performance of the utility in providing potable drinking water, reducing NRW, leadership and organizational development, improving water quality and enabling environment. Hadi’s also engaged in AJPEA, the young water professional’s association in Mali, which is currently working on capacity building and mentoring projects including leadership trainings and career development.
