Jeroen Klooster (1962) is an experienced economist with ARCADIS, specialized in policy evaluation, financial and social cost benefit analysis and funding. Jeroen has been active for more than 30 years in different policy areas including water management, natural capital, urban restructuring, cultural heritage, and transportation. Jeroen is specialized in assessing the financial and economic viability of projects, including principles of circular economy and Building with Nature. Jeroen has been involved in many international projects in Asia (Bangladesh, India, Myanmar), Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru) and Europe (Belgium, Georgia, Poland). Within Arcadis Nederland Jeroen is actively involved in business development of ANL water management projects, focusing on Latin America, cooperating closely with Arcadis Latam colleagues.

Darja Kragić Kok is a project manager at Netherlands Water Partnership. She is passionate about sustainability and has worked on different aspects of water management by implementing participatory approaches for technology selection, resource recovery and closing cycles. Next to working in European context, Darja has experience with projects in South-East Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and Middle East.
