Diederik is the executive vice president of institutional relations at Sustainalytics. Over the past seven years Diederik has helped build Sustainalytics into the largest independent provider of ESG research and analysis for the global investment community. He acts as an advisor to senior executives, portfolio managers, and risk professionals on developing and implementing responsible investment strategies. Diederik directly manages the Institutional Relations team that scored 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in the 2012 Thomson Reuters Extel and SRI-connect IRRI Survey for best client services person in ESG research. In 2013, Diederik transferred from Amsterdam to New York City. The move is in a response to the growing momentum of responsible investment in North America and reflects Sustainalytics' increased focus on client service and sales in this market. During his time in New York, Diederik will retain his responsibilities overseeing Sustainalytics' global institutional relations team.

Ioana Dobrescu is the Managing Director of Water Footprint Implementation, a lead knowledge partner for private and public organizations aiming to understand their water use along the value chain and how it impacts the global economy, environment and society. Ioana is also constantly engaged in various other water programmes and initiatives. She has been organizing and implementing international learning and youth development programmes with the Wetskills Foundation and is co-leader of the Youth workstream of the UN World Water Quality Alliance.

Arno is the Managing Director of The Royal Netherlands Watersport Association is the national governing body for the sports of sailing, surfing, and canoeing in the Netherlands, recognised by the World Sailing. The Watersportverbond encourages sailing and surfing in competition, supports the Olympic sailing team members and stimulates recreational yachting in the Netherlands.

Annelies has held strategic management & marketing positions in an international landscape within the water industry and startup ecosystem. Most recently, Techleap, Isle Utilities & Aquatech Global Events. Utilizing her extensive experience in brand positioning, sustainability and the Innovation ecosystem, Annelies established WaterSpark, an initiative dedicated to empower the water ecosystem through programmes we support and build, resources we provide and collaborations we strengthen Annelies lives with her family in The Netherlands. Annelies holds a MSc in Business Administration (Marketing & Innovation) from University in Amsterdam (UvA) and went to Georgia Tech, Atlanta USA for a tennis scholarship.
